Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are the days we can process orders at Sanshee and the post office can mail them. This means if you order a package late on Friday, it will not begin to be processed until the following Monday.
You can obtain the cost of shipping by placing the desired items in your cart and proceeding to checkout. The cart will produce a cost based off the items in your cart and the shipping destination.
Currently the only shipping options we offer are USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class International. We hope to offer more options in the future.
Your item generally ships 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. This is the amount of time it takes to get the package to the post office to be shipped.
Once it is shipped, and the destination is within the United States, shipping can take 3-7 business days once it’s left the post office. For international shipments see the “International Shipping Policies and Information” section.
You will receive a tracking number with your order. That number can be entered here in order to view the current status of your package.
Holidays can delay shipping times. This applies especially to the month of December.
In the case of entering an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can correct the address before your order is sent. If your package is returned by the post office as a result of an incorrect address we will contact you based upon the email used to place your order.
We reserve the right to charge a $5 correction fee for an incorrect address given by the customer with an additional fee to cover the shipping costs required for international shipping.
Once the package has left our office (1-3 business days) the time for orders to arrive varies on its destination. Shipping outside of the United States can be significantly longer and it can take generally 10 – 20 business days.
To find out if we can ship to a particular location: proceed to check-out with your items. There you will have the option to select a country. If you can select your desired location, congratulations, we ship there.
You will need to pay custom fees. The amount varies and we cannot tell you how much the fee will be for any particular country.
Much like shipping domestically, you will receive a tracking number that can be entered here. Once a package leaves the United States, it becomes significantly more difficult to track as it enters the hands of a foreign postal service. Don’t panic, this is normal.
