All return and customer service issues can be dealt with by contacting us at sales@sanshee.com, but the following is a guideline to help you with the process and may already answer your question.
If your item has not been shipped yet, contact us at sales@sanshee.com and if it hasn’t shipped yet, we can issue you a refund immediately, otherwise you have 14 days upon the arrival of your item to request a return. In this instance, please send us back the item to:

We reserve the right to charge a $5 exchange fee and an additional fee to cover the shipping costs required for international shipping.
If you are sent defective product or products different from what you ordered, contact our customer service department. Please provide as much information regarding your order as you can: Name, items ordered, the defective or incorrect item, etc.
