Sanshee is made up of team of the most creative, talented and passionate fans to walk the Earth (watch yourself “moon” you’re next) We take our fun seriously here, and invest a great deal of our passion into our work; we think it shows.
With little more than three shirts and a handful of buttons, Sanshee began at a crowded Anime Artist Alley table in Portland Maine. With a great deal of passion and imagination, what started as a small hobby quickly exploded within a year. We now tend to a growing audience of millions fans from coast to coast and around the globe.
The Sanshee team is proud to provide merchandise for properties great and small, and we continue to work together with creators on making merchandise that is not only enjoyed by the fans, but is creative and contributes to their properties. If you are a developer interested in having Sanshee represent you, please contact us at Arty@sanshee.com, It would be our honor to represent you.
Arty started Sanshee alongside his childhood friend, Stephen Deal, armed only with a pocket full of dreams and a liberal arts degree, establishing him as a man who can do a lot of things “pretty okay”. With way too many ideas to keep up with, Arty spends his spare time day-dreaming and rattling off his many thoughts to his friends, family, random strangers, and the bewildered local fauna. He contributes his endless imagination and enthusiasm to everything he does, and genuinely enjoys his work.
A man of few words, Steve is an accomplished English scholar and aspiring teacher. Through his eyes, the world can be divided into two categories: things that can be bench-pressed and things that can be eaten. Were there a Venn diagram, cows would make up the overlap. When Steve isn’t working out and reading 12th century literature(often at the same time), he enjoys the company of friends and good conversation. It's his value of friendship, love for people, and genuine charm that makes our excellent customer service what it is today.
Allison accidently wandered into to the Sanshee offices one day and has been here since. A long time friend, Allison has since helped in the ongoing process that is running Sanshee and occasionally cooking for the team. Allison made her artistic debut on Sanshee with her work on the Pac-Sun poster. A young woman with 7+ years of professional artistic experience and genuine personality, Allison is a treasured addition to the Sanshee team.
If talent was measured in Velociraptors, Ashley would be Jurassic Park. An artist of exceptional skill, Ashley introduced herself to us at Anime Weekend Atlanta 2010. She is known for her good sense of humor, love of cosplay, and ability to draw almost anything at odd hours of the night. Infinitely charming and energetic, Ashley continually contributes her personality and talents to Sanshee.
There are few artists we know more determined than Laura. Having met over a shared passion for Bioshock and Adobe Illustrator in 2011, Laura has served her time in Sanshee as not just an artist, but a promoter of new ideas and an important part of the Sanshee revision process. With her shoot first and ask questions in the form of bullets approach, she’s the kind of woman who can get things done before you even asked.
Leah’s new to the team. She will be receiving her profile blurb after she completes the Sanshee gauntlet. Remember to get a running start before the snake pit!
You see this website you’re looking at right now? This one right here. Yea, these are the guys responsible: Jarret and Adam went to Highschool with Steve and were at least familiar with Arty at the time. Together Jarret and Adam founded Solvo Media with a mission to have fun. We’re not sure where they’re hiding all that fun because we’ve never seen a team so dedicated and professional. We’ve known the duo for a long time now, and hope to see them one day star in buddy-cop movie named “Fire Code II", but until then I guess they'll just have to keep creating awesome websites.
